Overview

Vonigo Pay provides Merchant track, a feature that tracks the transactions statistics and transforms them into a detailed report.

How to Access Merchant Track

To access Merchant Track on Vonigo Pay:

• Click Business Unit on the main navigation menu.
• Select Vonigo Merchant Track under the Accounting Settings.

• It will display the Merchant Track dashboard, as shown below.

Get Specific Transaction Details

To get specific transaction details:

• Click Transaction Search on the main navigation menu of Vonigo Merchant Track.

• Fill in the required information for a specific transaction.

• Click Search to get the specific transaction details.

Get Specific Reports

To get specific types of reports:

• Click Reports on the main navigation menu of Vonigo Merchant Track.
• You can select any of the reports by clicking on the specific report under the Reports section.
