This article briefly explains the Categories and Sources used to set up reports on Vonigo.

Accessing Reports
Reports are a great way to gather information about a particular topic within your system. They quickly compile data, presenting them in neat and readable order. Users can even customize what to include along with the order of presentation. To access your existing reports:

Click on Reports from the left navigation menu.

Click on any of your reports. A drop-down menu will appear.

Click on Add New.

If you do not have existing Reports, click Add New on the right-hand side of your screen under Actions after clicking Reports as instructed in the first step.

On the page, New Report - Select Category, click on your desired Category as listed in the image below. A drop-down menu will appear.

Select your desired Sub-Category from the available list, and another drop-down will appear.

Click Continue and configure to meet your needs.
Category Description Table
Categories are meant to group related topics to narrow down search results for a quicker and easier workflow. The table below explains each available category to run reports with:
