Overview

Vonigo Pay provides MerchantTrack, a merchant portal that tracks the transactions statistics and transforms them into a detailed report.

How to Access Merchant Track

To access MerchantTrack on Vonigo Pay:

• Click Business Unit on the main navigation menu.
• Select Vonigo MerchantTrack under the Accounting Settings.

• It will display the MerchantTrack dashboard, as shown below.

Clicking on View Report will display transaction details for the last 6 days.

Get Specific Transaction Details

To get specific transaction details:

• Click Transaction Search on the main navigation menu of MerchantTrack.

• Fill in the required information for a specific transaction.

• Click Search to get the specific transaction details.

If nothing is specified, clicking on Search will display all transactions. 

Get Specific Reports

To get specific types of reports:

• Click Reports on the main navigation menu of MerchantTrack.

• You can select any of the reports by clicking on the specific report under the Reports section.
