Overview
Vonigo provides Mass Marketing Campaigns, which can be used for the company or organization to ignore the market segment and appeal to the entire market with only one strategy or offer.
Note: Please contact your Vonigo Customer Success to activate the Mass Marketing Campaigns feature.
Manage Mass Marketing Campaigns - Corporate
Mass Marketing Campaigns can be managed on the panel, which you can create, activate, delete, update, suspend, and complete a mass marketing campaign. To open the Mass Marketing Campaigns Panel, follow the steps below:

Select Corporate.

Click Mass Marketing under the Marketing section.

This opens up the Mass Marketing Campaigns list that shows all the active and inactive mass campaigns.
Create a Mass Marketing Campaign
To create a Mass Marketing Campaign, follow the steps below:

Click the Add Mass Marketing Campaign under the ACTIONS panel.

Fill in all the fields.
Name | Description |
Name* | The Unique name of the mass marketing campaigns. |
Status | The status of the mass marketing campaigns. |
Max Executions/Year* | The mass campaign can be run a maximum number of times per calendar year. |
Earliest Execution* | The earliest start of the mass campaign was during a calendar year. |
Latest Execution* | The latest start of the mass campaign during a calendar year. |
Notes | The internal notes of the mass campaign. |
Client Filter | The client filter for the mass campaign. |
- Click the Add New button.
Update a Mass Marketing Campaign
To update a mass marketing campaign, follow the steps below:

Select the available mass marketing campaign.
- Update the desired field within a mass marketing campaign.
- Click the Update button to update the mass marketing campaign.
Activate a Mass Marketing Campaign
To activate a mass marketing campaign, follow the steps below:
Note: A mass marketing campaign can be started only if it has one or more actions.

Select the available mass marketing campaign.

Click Activate under the Actions panel.
Suspend a Mass Marketing Campaign
To suspend a mass marketing campaign, follow the steps below:

Select the available mass marketing campaign.

Click Suspend under the Actions panel.
Complete a Mass Marketing Campaign
To mark a mass marketing campaign complete, follow the steps below:

Manage a Mass Marketing Campaign Client Filter
To set up and manage a mass marketing campaign client filter, follow the steps below:

Manage the Mass Marketing Campaign Actions
By default, no marketing actions are added when adding a mass marketing campaign, so you must add the Action to activate the campaign.
Add New Action to a Mass Marketing Campaign
To add a new action, follow the steps below:

Select the available mass marketing campaign.

Click the mass marketing campaign Actions section dropdown.

Click the Add New Action button.

Fill in all the fields.

- Click Update to save the Actions.
Edit Actions of a Mass Marketing Campaign
To add a new action, follow the steps below:

Select the available mass marketing campaign.

Click the mass marketing campaign Actions section dropdown.

Click edit on the desired action that you wish to edit.

Edit the available fields within the Action.

Click the Update button to save.
Manage the Mass Marketing Campaigns Email Template
Vonigo offers email templates based on account type and service type, implying that Vonigo also offers email templates for mass marketing campaigns. Email templates may be configured as either email or text templates, depending on the configuration.
Add a New Email Template
To add the new mass marketing campaigns email template, follow the steps below:

Select Setup.

Click Client Email and Text Templates under the Client section.

Head to the Mass Marketing email template and click the Add New Template button.
Assign the Email Template to a Mass Marketing Campaign
To assign a mass marketing campaign, follow the steps below:

Select the available mass marketing campaign.

Click the mass marketing campaign Actions section dropdown.

Click edit on the available mass marketing campaign action.

Assign the unassigned template by clicking on the template name.

Click the Update button to save any of the assigned email templates.
Preview an Email Template
Additionally, you can preview an email template with a sample client to see how the template appears. Follow the below instructions to preview an email template:

Select the available mass marketing campaign.

Click the mass marketing campaign Actions section dropdown.

Click edit on the available mass marketing campaign action.

Select the template you wish to preview and click the Preview button.

Franchise Mass Marketing Campaigns
The section below covers the functionality available at the franchise/business unit level for franchisees to manage and use mass marketing campaigns.
Access Franchise Mass Marketing Campaigns
The Franchise Mass Marketing Campaigns can be effectively managed through our panel. You have the ability to create, activate, delete, update, suspend, and complete a mass marketing campaign. To access the Franchise Mass Marketing Campaigns Panel, please follow the steps outlined below:
- Select Business Unit.
- Navigate to the Business Unit Setup section and proceed to Marketing Campaigns. From there, choose the option for Mass Marketing.
- Upon selecting Mass Marketing, a list of business unit mass marketing campaigns will be displayed, providing an overview of both active and inactive campaigns.
Note: The list of campaigns can be accessed conveniently from both desktop and mobile devices.

Comprehensive Attributes of Campaigns
For accessing the comprehensive attributes of Franchise Mass Marketing Campaigns, navigate to the following steps: Business Unit > Business Unit Setup > Campaign Sources > Mass Marketing.
New Franchise Mass Campaign
- Verify that the conditions for adding a new campaign are met, including the execution limit for the selected campaign.
- If the conditions are satisfied and the execution limit is not exceeded, proceed with the "add new" option for adding a campaign.
Note: Compliance with the execution limit set for the chosen campaign is necessary for successful new campaign creation.
Updating Existing Franchise Mass Campaign
To update an existing Franchise Mass Campaign that is already assigned to the franchise, follow these steps:
- Select the campaign for modification.
- Make the necessary changes to the campaign details, such as content, target audience, or scheduling.
- Save the updated information.
- Review and verify the changes before finalizing the update.
- Click on "Update" and confirm that the updated Franchise Mass Campaign is successfully assigned to the franchise.

Effectively managing Franchise Mass Marketing Campaigns is crucial for businesses. It involves coordinating campaigns, targeting a wide audience across multiple franchise locations with efficient campaign management maximizing marketing efforts, and driving franchise-wide success.
Subscribe to a Franchise Mass Marketing Campaign
- To subscribe to an existing Franchise Mass Campaign, follow these steps:
- Identify campaigns that are still eligible for execution within the selected year. Look for the check box on the left side of the line as an indicator.
- Choose the desired eligible campaign(s) to subscribe to.
- Complete the subscription process as per the provided instructions.
- Ensure to review and confirm the subscribed Franchise Mass Marketing Campaign(s) for accurate execution within the chosen year.
Note: A campaign becomes ineligible if the maximum number of executions for the year has been reached or if the latest execution day has passed.
Client Filter a Franchise Mass Marketing Campaign
- For accessing the Franchise - Mass Marketing - Client Filter navigate to the following steps: Business Unit > Business Unit Setup > Campaign Sources > Mass Marketing.
- To apply a Client Filter to a Franchise Mass Campaign, follow these steps:
- By default, the franchise mass campaign inherits the filter from the corporate mass campaign.
- Click on the "Add New" link to copy the corporate filter to the franchise campaign and customize it according to franchise-specific requirements.
- Note that the addition of a new filter or editing an existing one is only possible when the franchise mass campaign has a status of Inactive or Suspended.
- Make necessary modifications to the filter based on the franchise's target audience, objectives, or other relevant factors.
- Click on "Save Report" to save the changes and apply the customized filter to the franchise mass campaign effectively.
Take Action on a Franchise Mass Marketing Campaign
- For accessing the Franchise - Mass Marketing - Action navigate to the following steps: Business Unit > Business Unit Setup > Campaign Sources > Mass Marketing.
- To apply an Action to a Franchise Mass Campaign, follow these steps:
- Expand the Action panel to view the assigned template.
- Take note that the start date and time of the campaign are limited by the minimum and maximum delay specified for the mass campaign.
- From the assigned templates at the corporate level, select one email template.
- If multiple email templates are available, choose the appropriate one based on the campaign requirements.
- Proceed with the selected email template for further customization or implementation as needed.
- Click on the Preview button to view the template with data filled in from one of the clients defined by the filter associated with the franchise mass campaign.
- Click on the Send Email button for sending an email.
- The subject of the email will automatically default to the name of the franchise mass campaign.
- To view the client used for the sample, click on the Client button, which will open a new tab or window.
If multiple email templates are assigned to the corporate action, you can use the drop-down menu to change the template for the preview.
