Before you begin
To isolate the issue, try to use another browser to see if the issue persists. If everything is fine, then proceed with clearing the cache and cookies in your primary browser.
Desktop Safari

Open Safari > Click Preferences from the dropdown menu.

Click Advanced > Check Show Develop menu in menu bar box > Close the Preferences menu.
- Click Develop > Empty Caches.
Desktop Chrome
- Open Chrome.
- Press
Ctrl+Shift+Del

From the Time Range drop-down menu, please select All time.

Check the Cached images and files box ONLY.

Click Clear data.
- Restart Chrome and navigate to Vonigo.
Desktop Firefox

Open Firefox.

Press
Ctrl+Shift+Del

From the Time range to clear drop-down menu, select Everything.

Check the Cookies and Cache boxes ONLY.

Click OK.
- Restart Firefox and navigate to Vonigo.
Mobile Safari
- Go to Settings > Safari.
- Tap Clear History and Website Data.
- Tap Clear History and Data again.
- Restart Safari and navigate to Vonigo.
Mobile Chrome for iOS
- Tap the meatball icon at the bottom right corner.
- Tap Settings.
- Tap Privacy.
- From the Time Range drop-down menu, select All time.
- Check the Cached images and files and Cookies, Site Data boxes ONLY.
- Tap Clear Browsing Data.
- Tap Clear Browsing Data again.
- Restart Chrome and navigate to Vonigo.
Mobile Firefox for iOS
- Tap the hamburger icon at the bottom right corner.

- Tap Settings.
- Tap Data Management.
- Enable Cache and Cookies toggles > Clear Private Data > OK.
- Restart Firefox and navigate to Vonigo.
Mobile Chrome for Android
- Tap the kebab icon at the top right corner.
- Tap Settings.
- Tap Privacy and Security.
- Tap Clear browsing data.
- From the Time Range drop-down menu, select All time.
- Check the Cached images and files and Cookies, Site Data boxes ONLY.
- Tap Clear data.
- Restart Chrome and navigate to Vonigo.
Mobile Firefox for Android
- Tap the kebab icon at the bottom right corner.

- Tap Settings.
- Tap Delete browsing data.
- Check Cache and Cookies boxes > Clear Private Data > OK.
- Restart Firefox and navigate to Vonigo.

After you clear cache and cookies:

Some settings on sites get deleted. For example, if you were signed in, you’ll need to sign in again.

At first, opening Vonigo website may seem slower because content, like images, needs to load again.
