How to Deactivate or Delete Users

Overview
This article describes how to deactivate or delete users in Vonigo. Deleting a user account is permanent, while deactivating a user account will give you a chance to bring the account back. The administrator or users can only do the operations with appropriate permission sets.
Deactivate Users
Deactivating users allows you to select an existing user and deactivate them from the application. Deactivated users are still present in the application but will not be able to log in.
1. Click the “Corporate” menu on the sidebar.
2. Click the “All Users” option under Manage Users.
3. Select the user you want to deactivate.
4. Click the “Deactivate User” option.
5. A confirmation pop-up will appear. Select “OK” to proceed or “CANCEL” to cancel.
Note: Deactivating the users will not remove them from the existing Work Orders.
Delete Users
Deleting a user account is permanent. It will remove the user from all User Groups, Work Orders, and the user will not be able to connect to the application.
1. Click the “Corporate” menu on the sidebar.
2. Click the “All Users” option under Manage Users.
3. Select the user you want to delete.
4. Click the “Delete User” option.
5. A confirmation pop-up will appear. Select “OK” to proceed or “CANCEL” to cancel.
Note: The user account will be permanently deleted and no longer available.
