The Setup Franchise Routes List offers franchise administrators a comprehensive list view of all configured routes across the franchise network. From this view, administrators can easily review, modify, or add new routes, gaining a holistic overview of the route management system.
To access Setup Franchise Routes List.

Select Business Unit.

Navigate to the Franchise menu, proceed to the Operational Settings section, and choose the Routes option.

Upon selecting Routes, a list of routes will be displayed, providing an overview of both active and inactive routes.
Note: The list of routes can be accessed conveniently from both desktop and mobile devices.

For mobile access, a dedicated link is provided to access the list of routes. Follow the steps below for accessing Setup Franchise Routes List from Mobile.
Steps:

Navigate to the Franchise option available in the Setup section.

Click on the Routes option to access the Setup - Franchise - Routes module.

Once inside the module, you will see an actions bar with key configuration options.

To add a new route, simply tap on the Add New Route link available under the actions bar.

If you have multiple pages of route data, the pagination will be anchored to the bottom of the page for easy navigation. Swipe left or right to move between pages.

Verify that the system does not provide the ability to delete templates.

Explore the mobile interface to locate alternative availabilities setup.

If alternative setups are present, verify and review their features and functionalities.

Click on Assign Templates to finalize setting up alternative setups.
Setup Franchise Routes Crews

It's important to note that there is no option to restore a deleted assignment before saving data, which is a functionality exclusive to the desktop version.

To add additional documents or remove an existing document, tap on Update or Delete.

Select Continue to proceed.

Check if the route status (active, inactive, or deleted) is visible under the route list.

Route Status Definitions

Active: Indicates that the route is currently active and visible in the route list, schedule, and report filters.
Inactive: Signifies that the route is inactive. It cannot generate availability going forward but can still accept bookings, depending on the route type.
Deleted: Denotes that the route has been deleted and is no longer visible in the route list, schedule (only in the past when it was active), and report filters.
