Overview
Vonigo provides you with Recurrence features, to optimize and make it easier to work with scheduling Work Order. Scheduling Recurrence enables you to automatically repeat Work Orders on the Schedule based on a custom time range and frequency. The initial Work Order's details, such as the Client Account, the duration, the location and time, the charges, and the route, are carried forward to each subsequent Work Order in the Recurrence group.
Activate Recurrence Feature
To activate the recurrence feature:

Contact the Vonigo Customer Success Team to activate the Recurrence Feature.
How to Add New Recurrence
You can add a new recurrence in two separate ways: through the utilization of a work order or by using a schedule pop-up. For further details, please see below.
Work Order
To add a new recurrence from Work Order:

Click Schedule.

Select Work Order.
- Select Create Recurrence on the right.
- Select Create after set the recurrence settings.
Pop-up
This method add a new recurrence from Pop-Up:

Click Schedule.

Select the Pop-up.
- Select Create Recurrence in the pop-up.
- Select Create after set the recurrence settings.
Recurrence Details
The configuration property of Recurrence. Although you can choose a Route here, the remaining information is associated with the base Work Order and cannot be modified.
Configuration Property | Description |
Client | The Client account is associated with the recurring Work Orders. |
Work Order | The identifier for the original Work Orders for which the recurrence was to be established. |
Route | This section is to select a route of your choice. It cannot be changed once the recurrence is created. |
Start Time | The Recurrence Work Order start time. |
End Time | The Recurrence Work Order end time. |
Recurrence Pattern
This section is to select the frequency with which the Work Order will be repeated on the Schedule. Select an option and enter further information in the type field menu.
Daily
Set the Recurrence on a daily basis.

Enter a number in the middle in the type field menu, or you can click + to add a number, click - to subtract a number.
Weekly
Set the Recurrence on a weekly basis.

Enter a number in the middle in the type field menu, or you can click + to add a number, click - to subtract a number.

Check on the desired days of the week.
Monthly
Set the Recurrence on a monthly basis.

Enter a number in the middle in the type field menu, or you can click + to add a number, click - to subtract a number.

Each: Enter how many days are counted in a month.

On the: Select from the drop-down list menu which weekday of the month.
Yearly
Set the Recurrence on a yearly basis.

Enter a number in the middle in the type field menu, or you can click + to add a number, click - to subtract a number.

On the: Select from the drop-down list menu which weekday and month of the year.
Recurrence Range
To specify a Start Date and End date for Recurring Work Orders.
Start Date
To specify the Star Date of the Recurrence:

You can enter through the Type Field (MM/DD/YYYY).

Click the calendar symbol to choose a date from.
You can choose a Past Date for the Start Date. This is permissible if the date falls within the last two months (no more than 2 months prior to the current date).
End Date
To specify the End Date of the Recurrence:
Configuration Property | Description |
No End Date | If you check this, the Work Order will be generated continually by the system, without any limitation. |
Ends After | This section is to enter a Max number for the recurrence to be generated by the system. It ends after the recurrence met the Max Number. |
Ends By | This section is to enter a date for the recurrence to end. You can enter through the type field(MM/DD/YYYY), or you can click the Calendar symbol to choose a date from. |
Payment Preferences
A feature to select a payment method and credit card for the account profile. To activate the payment preferences feature:

Contact the Vonigo Customer Success Team to activate the Payment Preferences Feature.
- Is visible if the behavioural flag Use Client Payment Preference is enabled.
- Payment preference on recurrence being defaulted from client payment preference upon creation.
- Pre-populates by the client payment preference if payment preference is set up on the client level.
- Credit Card can be selected only if the credit card on file is linked to it.
- If customer has no credit cards on file "credit card" option should not be selectable.
Tip Preferences
A feature to send a tip. To activate the tip preferences feature:

Contact the Vonigo Customer Success Team to activate the Tip Preferences Feature.
- Data will default from the client tip preference upon the creation.
- If recurrence is created from a work order which has a tip applied to it, this tip will be transferred to a recurrence (true for twomaids only)
How to Config Work Order Recurrence
The recurring configuration of a work order can be modified. The configuration is accessible in the recurrence's information section. You can modify the date range and frequency of a scheduling recurrence in the recurrence details section.
Main Features
A work order's recurrence can be modified in three ways: through the utilization of a schedule, jobs and account. To edit recurrence, please see down below:
How to Edit from Schedule
To edit a recurrence from schedule:

Click Schedule.

Select Pop-up.
-
Select Edit Recurrence in the pop-up.

Select Update after edit the recurrence settings.
How to Edit from Jobs
To edit a recurrence from jobs:

Click Jobs.
-
Select More Views under Actions options.

Select All Work Orders in the pop-up.
-
Select Work Order in the list.
-
You will be redirected to schedule by default and select the note above to edit recurrence.

Select Update after edit the recurrence settings.
How to Edit from Account
To edit a recurrence from account:

Click Account.
-
Select the desired account to edit recurrence.

Select Recurrences dropdown and select desired Work Order.

You will be redirected to schedule by default and select Update after edit the recurrence settings.
Header Navigation
The Header Navigation is on the top-right, there is Client and Linked Job option that you can select.

If you select Client, you will be redirected to Accounts and General Details tab.

If you select Linked job (only if jobs are enabled), you will be redirected to Job Details tab.
Panels
There is 3 panels available on the screen.

Work Orders.
Panels currently non customizable and have a default name/visibility

Charges
The image below is the interface allowing you to update charges on recurrence.
- Currently, system does not allow manage placement order and title of the panel as well as whether or not it is expanded or collapsed by default
- That all eligible work orders within recurrence will be updated, customized and invoiced, completed work orders will remain unchanged
- Price list popup behaviour is consistent with behaviour on the work order (same filtering rules applied)
Work Orders
The image below is the interface of work orders list panel showing all work orders created for the current recurrence.
- Currently, system does not allow manage placement order and title of the panel as well as whether or not it is expanded or collapsed by default
- By clicking on each individual line system will navigate to the respective work order
- The interface has no ability to create a new work order hence the creation of new work orders is managed by the recurrence frequency
How to Delete Recurrence
To delete or cancel the recurrence:

Select Delete under Action section.

A pop-up will appear and select OK.
How to Edit Work Order Recurrence
It is possible to edit a Work Order that is related to a Recurrence. To edit a Recurring Work Order:

Select Jobs.

Click More Views under Actions options.

Select All Work Orders in the pop-up.
-
Select desired list of Work Order.

You will be redirected to schedule by default and select the note above to edit recurrence.

Select Update after edit the recurrence settings.
Warning
If an update or edit is performed on an uncompleted recurring Work Order, a warning message is displayed, allowing the user to opt to update the recurring scope.
If no warning message appears when editing a Recurring Work Order, the Recurring Work Order may have been altered before or the Recurrence associated with the Recurring Work Order may be broken. Please ensure that the Recurring Work Order contains the Recurrence details at the top.

Recurrence Scope
The Update Scope mentioned above also has an effect on the Recurrence Scope to which the Work Order is tied. The Recurrence Scope is determined by the modifications made to the uncompleted Recurring Work Order. The following table summarizes the Recurrence Scopes that are impacted by the Update Scope if any modifications are made to the uncompleted Recurring Work Order:

Updated Work Order
Once the Non-completed Recurring Work Order has been modified, a notification will appear at the top of the Work Order section. The notification will show what has been modified within the Work Order.
Trigger Timing
Having the localization set up as above will cause an issue from Iocal, which is the 3rd party being called to generate recurring occurrence.
So in order to avoid it, make sure the time zone above is NOT being used.
