Overview
Vonigo categorizes settings to do with your company details and business units under Corporate. Users can manage users, inventory, and more in this section. The Corporate section handles all the larger scale details, consisting of settings on a wider range.
Activate the Corporate Feature
To enable the Corporate feature, please activate the Inventory feature first by contacting your Vonigo Customer Success team.
Corporate Categories
The Categories feature under Corporate helps users get organized in Vonigo. To configure Part Categories under the Corporate tab, follow these steps:

Click on Corporate in the navigation menu.

Under Inventory, in the Inventory section, click on Categories.

This will take you to the Part Categories, where you can select an existing part category and configure it.
The table below describes what each option does for an existing part category.

Delete |
Deletes the selected part category. |

Set As Featured |
Sets the selected part category as featured. |

Set As Discontinued |
Sets the selected part category as discontinued. |
Corporate Import
The Import function under Corporate allows users to import parts, through which you can follow these steps:

Click on Corporate in the navigation menu.

Under Inventory, in the Inventory section, click on Import.

In the Import Parts section, there are three more steps to complete to finalize the import: Upload Data, Map Fields and Confirm Report.
Note:
Make sure your data format is in CSV when you’re uploading to the File section.
