Overview

Vonigo’s Order Desk feature makes it easier for users to communicate orders between franchises, minimizing errors and other mishaps. The Order Desk funnels all order-related business details into one area, facilitating orders with ease.

Activate the Order Desk Feature

To enable the Order Desk feature, please activate the Franchise feature first by contacting your Vonigo Customer Success team.

Vonigo’s Order Desk shows all the categories within this section. Clicking on Categories shows all the products, and franchises can order any one of these products from here.

Searching for Price Lists

There is a certain logic of how inventory items will be searched when work orders or quote price items are selected.

Setting Up Price List

This interface is available only if the Charges Price List Search is activated. To enable the Price List feature, please contact your Vonigo Customer Success team.

Search Logic

In order to fully understand how the search logic works, consider the following scenario:

The Part Manufacturer both makes and sells the part. The Part Vendor receives the parts from Part Manufacturer and then sells them.

In this case, the Part Manufacturer and Part Vendor could have different vendors. When a part is ordered in work order, as long as the part is searchable by the Part Manufacturer feature, the part should be visible to the user and available for order.

The above search logic is enforced here as well:

• Active Price List Item 

• Active Price List Item block

• Service associated to the part is active

• Part exists in Part Franchise

• Part can be sold for current country 

• Part is active

• Part Category is active

• Part Type is active

• Part has quantity in stock in on a franchise level
