Description: See how to navigate Report folders and use Search to find Reports.
Search for Reports
- Confirm you are in Reports before searching, you will see "Search Reports" in the Search box.
- Enter a Report name, or part of a Report name, into Search, press Enter or click the Search icon.
- Select a Report from the list of search results.
- Click view all reports to return to the full list in Folder view.
Find Reports in Folders
- Click Arrows to expand and collapse folders. Each folder contains an alphabetical list of related Reports.
- Select a Report from the list.
Reports are grouped into folders by topic. You can create new folders, organize and rename folders and move Reports between folders, for detail see Manage Reports and Folders.
Find Reports in All User Reports
All User Reports is a reference list of all Reports.
Access to All User Reports is limited to System Administrator access only. Administrators will see all Reports.
From Reports, in the sidebar under Actions, click All User Reports:
- Scroll through a complete list of all Reports.
- Click column Headings to sort the list alphabetically by that term. Click again to reverse the order.
- Enter keywords into Search to find a Report by name.
Additional Options:
- Click Actions to export the entire list as Excel worksheet, or Print to export it as a PDF.
- Click Close to return to folder view.
