Add Reports to Useful Links on Homepage

Note: Not all users have permission to add Links. If you see the link option, you have permission to use this feature. If you do not have access, you will not see Link as an option. Please contact your system administrator or Customer Success Team for details.
The Useful Links feature on your homepage can be used to list all the important or frequently used links for you. You can set up this feature to list the links that direct you to your important Reports. This allows you to open it directly from your homepage instead of finding it again on the Available Reports screen. Please follow the steps below to add Reports to the Useful Links shortcut on your homepage.
- Go to Report to show all the Available Reports.
- Click to the Folders where the Report that you want to export.
- Hover any report that you want and click Link.
- Right-click on the link and click Copy.
- Click CLOSE.
- Click Home > Manage Links.
- Click add new link? to add the link for the first time. If you already have the existing links, click Add New Link.
- In the URL, Right-click and click Paste to paste the link that you already copied.
- In the link, enter the link name that will be shown on your homepage.
- Click UPDATE.
