Reports allow you to present key information in an organized format. Reports are organized by topic into various customize folders. In this article, we'll explore various set up to organize and manage both reports and folders.

Folder Management
How to Access Folders

Click Reports > Manage Folders.

The Manage Folders screen will appear as follows.

To back to the Available Reports screen, click Close.
Add New Folder

Click Reports > Manage Folders.

On the Manage Folders screen, click ADD NEW FOLDER.

Enter the Folder name.

Click Update.
Change the Order of Folders

Click Reports > Manage Folders.
-
On the Manage Folders screen, hover over a Folder Name for the move pointer (four-headed arrow) and drag the pointer to a new position on the list.

Click Update.
Rename Folders
-
Click Reports > Manage Folders.

On the Manage Folders screen, select any folder that you want to rename.

Rename the folder.
-
Click Update.
Remove/Restore Folders

Click Reports > Manage Folders.
-
On the Manage Folders screen, click Remove on any folder that you want to remove.

If you made a mistake, click Restore. If not, please ignore this step.
- Click Update.
Report Management
How to Access Reports
To access any report, simply follow the instructions below:

Click Reports to show all the Available Reports.

Click on the Folders where the Reports are located.

Hover to any report and click Run Report.
All Available Reports are organized into various customizable folders. On the Available Reports screen, you can quickly see Folder Name and Number of Reports.

Folder Name: A name of the folder that groups Reports based on topic or module. The name and order of these folders can be easily customized.

Number of Reports: The total number of available reports within a folder.
Rename Reports

Click Reports to show all the Available Reports.

Click on the Folders where the Reports are located.

Hover to any report and click Edit.

Under Name, edit the name to rename the Reports name.

Click Update.
Move Reports into Other Folders
-
Click Reports to show all the Available Reports.

Click on the Folders where the Reports are located.

Hover to any report and click Edit.
-
Under Details, select a Folder under the Folder drop-down list.

Click Update.
Show Public Descriptions of the Report
-
Click Reports to show all the Available Reports.
-
Click on the Folders where the Reports are located.

Check Show Description.
