Activate/ Deactivate Reports

To temporarily hide any report, you can deactivate the report. A deactivated report will remain listed as inactive in Available Reports and can be reactivated again to unhide the report. If you want to permanently remove the report, please see the Delete Report article. Follow the instructions below to activate or deactivate any report.

Deactivate Reports

Click Reports to show all the Available Reports.

Click to any Folders.

Hover to any report that you want to deactivate and click Deactivate.

A confirmation box to deactivate a report will appear. Select OK.

A notification that shows Report deactivated successfully will appear on top.

The deactivated report will have an additional (Inactive) mark.
Activate Reports

Click Reports to show all the Available Reports.

Click to any Folders.

Hover to any inactive report that you want to activate and click Activate.

A confirmation box to activate a report will appear. Select OK.

A pop-up notification Report activated successfully will appear on top.
