Overview
On-time Arrival is a feature that tracks and reports whether users arrive on-site on time. The definition of the on-time comes from the first clock-in event being compared to when the appointment is scheduled.
Note:
- The assumption that all users clocking in are set to use the local time of the business unit
- Note at this point, no notification due to the late arrival or any other alerts will be done
- Note that if no one clocked into the work order in question - this work order will be classified as not applicable to be clarified as either being early or late and will be marked as "not applicable)
