Overview
Upsell tracking is a feature that helps you ensure that certain operational processes will be followed upon work order completion.
Enable the Completion Feature
To enable the Work Order Completion feature, please contact your Vonigo Customer Success team.
Complete Button Setup
Once you have enabled the feature, you need to set up the complete button.
- Navigate to Setup > User > User Security Groups.
- Select the security group you want to set up and click Actions.
- Under actions > Jobs > click "View Complete Button" option (option will be unselected by default).
- The complete button will be visible in the work order details page once you have enabled the complete button for the specific security group.
Note: This button is only available in the mobile app
Access the Work Order Completion Feature
You can do the work order completion process from the following section:
Status Link

If a Work Order is open and scheduled for today or earlier:

Clicking the status label will open the Work Order Completion screen.

The intermediate invoice creation screen (see Fig 2) will be skipped.

The Work Order Completion screen includes:

A documents section where crew members can optionally upload photos.

Once the Work Order Checklist is completed:

The system will automatically dispatch the job completion internally.

The popup will close automatically.

Pay Now Button
Note: This feature only available on mobile devices only.

When Pay Now is clicked:
-
If Service Type → Show Work Order Completion popup is ON and the Work Order is open:

The Work Order Completion interface will appear.

If the Work Order is archived or the service is already completed:
-
The Pay Now interface opens directly.

The Work Order Completion interface includes a section for uploading photos/documents (optional for crew members).

Once the Work Order Checklist is completed:

The system automatically dispatches the job completion internally.
-
Then, the Pay Now interface is opened.

Note: This feature only available on desktop only.
- If a Work Order is open and scheduled for today or earlier, clicking its status label will open the completion interface.
Work Order Completion Automation
Once you have done a work order completion process, you can configure the following automation based on the work order completion status:
Dispatching
Dispatching is a feature that triggers an internal processes once a work order is complete. To configure this feature:
Internal Dispatching
For Corporate setup:
- Navigate to Setup > Schedule > Internal Dispatching > Work Order Dispatch Rules
For Franchise setup:
- Navigate to Franchise/Business Unit > Dispatching > Internal Dispatching Rules
Customer Facing Dispatching
This feature allows to automatically set email to the client upon the work order completion. To setup this feature:
- Navigate to Setup > Client > Client Email and Text Messaging Templates
Charge Labor
This feature allows the system to take all clocked time and import it as charges for the work order. To enable this please contact your Vonigo Customer Success team.
Auto Invoicing
This feature allows the system to auto-generate invoices for the work orders done by the service. To enable this please contact your Vonigo Customer Success team.
Note:

If invoice automation is enabled:

Once an invoice is created, the Work Order becomes locked from further updates.

A background job runs every 10 minutes to create invoices:
-
It checks Work Orders completed within the last 90 days.
-
This time frame can be changed, but only system-wide (across all environments).

There's a delay before invoicing to allow crew members time to make corrections:

Controlled by the “Delay after Work Order Completion (minutes)” setting.

Invoices are reviewed internally before sending:
-
No automatic payments are created.
-

A Work Order qualifies for auto-invoicing if:
-
It has not already been invoiced.
-
The set delay time has passed since it was marked completed.
