QuickBooks - Franchise Label
This article provides an overview of the information and details regarding the Franchise Label and how to access it.
The Franchise Label determines what is sent over for that franchise/business unit when the class is set to Franchise or the location (QBO Only) is set to Business Unit. This label defaults to the franchise/business unit name. If a user tries to enter a blank franchise label, it reverts to the franchise name.
For QB Desktop, the franchise label is available to be synced as a class; for QB Online, the franchise label can be synced as class or location.
Note: If both class and location are set to franchise/business Unit, this label is sent for the location and not for the class.
Access Franchise Label
To access Franchise Label, simply follow the steps below:
Navigate to Business Unit
Under the Accounting Settings, Navigate to QuickBooks Integration Setup
Select the Integration Setup
Under the Additional Settings, click the Other Settings
